Get off the Net! Not good for careers to bash your current unit!

I remember once in AIT when I told the DS of the next company over that I wanted to do PT with them because ours was weak.
That turned out well lol

MSG (Join to see) After a year SSG (Join to see) gave me a down vote. I guess he really is “high speed”!

You mean they are a high-drag unit. High-speed and low-drag mean good; low-speed and high-drag mean bad.

You should lead by example and try to improve the attitudes and performance of those around you, rather than looking to flee the unit. I've seen unit flip in an instant (from good to bad and from bad to good) due to people in formal and informal leadership positions.

I didn't just resort to fling the unit all those things that you pointed out that I should do is exactly what I have been doing but the sooner it is like a cancer it completely rejects everything So let's not assume sir that I immediately resorted to trying to flee the unit I've given this unit the clothes off my back and everything and I am still rejected

SSG (Join to see) - Focus on what I actually wrote, and not what you think I wrote (or wanted me to have written). I did not specify or imply "immediately".

Keep being a good soldier, and position yourself for the next assignment (near term, if you can work out something, or longer term if you can't). Look for options to move on to bigger/better jobs with greater authority and responsibility, but try not to come across to your leadership as looking for an escape. That won't serve you well in that organization.

I started out as an officer at Fort Stewart. I've certainly felt your pain. The worst unit I've ever experienced, as an officer or enlisted, was at Fort Stewart.

teach dont yell.... you know and have done your unit has not .... crawl, walk, run repeat.... slow down and teach.... high speed does not mean you run all the time you can only move as fast as the slowest man .... crawl, walk, run repeat
