I’m active duty, 2 years into a 4-year contract. Is it possible to switch My MOS?

What do you want to do? You will most likely need to re enlist but some things a packet moss's.

NO, NO- well maybe. Normal re-class is not available until your last year of service. If you can find a critical shortage MOS, maybe they will allow it. But you made your bed so get comfortable for the next year.

GoArmy saying it is an “in demand MOS” but I don’t know if that means that it is a critical shortage MOS.

I want to switch to musician. I know there’s a lot that goes into it but I didn’t know who I needed to talk to or what needed to happen.

You'll need to be a musician currently. Musicians are a very small MOS and requires a test showing your proficiency in your instrument. On top of that, it still cones down to strengths of the Army.
