Either way I'm submitting. Just wanted to know if the evaluations played a big part in selection.

Two solid NCOER’s will beat 10 crappy ones any day.

If your warrant ranks are critical will not be an issue. If competitive, could be an issue. But not a show stopper. Really depends how you performed at your command, what those NCOER's say, your evals from your leadership schools and how you stacked against your peers among other things. Control what you can, things like the number of NCOER's you have is not in your control. Best of luck!

I'm applying to become a Warrant Officer (920A) for the July board. I'll have one NCOER, possibly two. Will this be a showstopper?

My experience is that the LOR will hold much weight. They only require SGT(P), so two should be and issue along with them being 2 “most qualified”.

The boards like to see "Most Qualified". Having both of them with that rating will be a plus. Being promoted quickly may also be a plus. It all depends on how well you explain this in your packet.

What I would be concerned with, if I was sitting on the board, is does this candidate have enough documented time in leadership role.

As long as you fall within the criteria listed below, you should be fine. Some MOS require a minimum amount of rated time as a prerequisite but I do not see that for yours.

920A prerequisites (Active Component):

Must be a SGT(P) or above.
Be an ALC graduate in MOS 92Y (or be an ALC graduate in MOS 68J with experience equivalent to a 92Y).
Must have at least five years experience performing 92Y duties within the last eight years. (or performing 68J duties that are equivalent to that of a 92Y).
Must score at the 12th grade level on the Language portion of the Test for Adult Basic Education (TABE); the current TABE version 11/12 A or previous TABE versions are acceptable. Soldiers are exempt from this requirement if they have completed 6 credit hours of College English.
Provide copies of all NCOERs; the majority of the Soldier's NCOERS must be noted with "Successful" performance and "Superior potential by the Senior Rater or "Exceeded Standard" performance by the Rater and "Highly Qualified" potential by the Senior Rater, depending on which version of the NCOER is in the Soldier's packet.
Submit USAREC FORM 3.3 (Letter of Recommendation) from a Senior Property Accounting Technician (e.g. CW3-CW5), assigned to the Soldier’s organization, that attests to their technical and tactical competence in MOS 92Y. If no Senior Property Accounting Technician is assigned, provide a letter of recommendation from another Senior Quartermaster Warrant Officer (e.g. 920B, 921A, 922A, or 923A) assigned to the Soldier’s organization/installation.

Gotcha. I've reviewed the prerequisites and meet them all. Most Qualified on both NCOERs so I think I'll be good.
