What branch would be a better transition, also I want to go officer later once I'm back in, any advise would be appreciated.

It really depends on what you want to do. Also, I have concerns about your desire to become an officer. Why wait until you're back in? Commissioning programs for active duty personnel are extremely competitive. If you have your degree or are close to finishing it, I'd recommend NROTC or OCS. The LDO and STA-21 programs are almost impossible to pick up. TA and online courses can take a long time. You must also look into the age requirements and waiver eligibility. What you want to do as an Officer is another important question.

I have my degree already, I tried getting in first for OCS for the Airforce but I didn't have time to get everything needed for the board in 2 weeks.

I think that Air Force does match my goals and what I want to do however I'm having some issues, and still have some questions that I need answered.

I'm trying to go back in too. Do you have to get a waiver or anything?
