I'm going back to Active duty in the next few months. Does anyone know if Korea is usually available as a duty station for an 11B?

Korea is ALWAYS, ALWAYS available. You even get extra money if you stay a second year.

SPC (Join to see) if you bring your family the minimum time js two years and you can FSTE for a third year. That's assuming you get authorized for command sponsorship to bring your family, 2hich is never guaranteed.

SPC (Join to see) yes when you're going over which job you'll take you can ask for Korea. I don't think they'll have any issue accommodating your request. But they can't give you command sponsorship, only the gaining command can do that.

SPC (Join to see) - you may bring your family and cohabitate. The command ensures that sufficient services will be able to be offered to your family (housing, medical, commissary, PX, schools etc)

LTC Jason Mackay Do you know if there is any that I can do to expedite the process of getting my conditional release packet, from the national guard, signed?

SPC (Join to see) - sorry I don't. My default recommendation: I would get your packet and walk it place to place. Schedule appointments to see the people who need to sign/approve. Call their gate keepers
