I know the feeling, I was a 12N in a 12C unit in a Supp. PLT, once we got our new commander, sh*t went downhill.... We had a winter AT and had multiple problems with him. 1st, the 1SG told us to wear out "marshmallow suits" due to the extreme cold, and was immediately overturned my said CPT. We also had a 6 month pregnant female that got hospitalized due to the cold and had some other problems. Later on down the road, the CPT told us if we failed the PT test, we would have to stay after final formation and conduct remedial PT, and anyone who didn't show up lost pay for that MUTA.... needless to say, I had to transfer to a new unit, got tired of the BS.
PS. That's just a small story off all the BS he's pulled.
