Good afternoon I’m having a issue . I’ve been trying to get my ppw to reflect my correct weapons card for the longest . It’s been updated in DTMS twice . But it’s not reflecting on my PPW or ERB . I’ve been to my S1 and they point me back in the direction of the person who updated DTMS , and vise versa . If any one could help me out that would be great .

It’s not an S1 issue or an issue you can fix. Whoever is responsible for your organization DTMS inputs is your POC for this, they’re the only one who can fix it. If they keep giving you the run around, talk to your leadership. Good luck to you...

You ppw is not the issue. Have your dtms person contact the helpdesk or escalate the issue

I just want to point out things are going extremely slowly during this whole covid pandemic. So that also may have some play as well, but I digress. Have the DTMS rep call the help-desk or call them yourself. What does the army say? Something like "take charge of your career before someone else does". People can't fault you for taking initiative, they might get mad or upset. However, if you to want become a sergeant you'll deal with this a ton anyway it comes with the rank. Good luck on the points, I know the struggle I battled points for 2 years to include almost getting my associates degree to just get promoted with over 520 points. I also missed one promotion by 7 sit ups. Keep your head up, and be the best you can be.

Thanks a ton for the advice ! Also , I’ve been having this issue before COVID and having those points on my PPW would definitely get me promoted.

SPC (Join to see) - I want to say the deadline from my understanding someone correct me if I am wrong. You need to have the documentation submitted not later than the 7th of each month to to be included in the following months promotions. I am also looking into that myself to see if that is the case.
