I'm in the process of submitting a 51C reclass packet. What has to be included in my LOR? Does it have to be a brief resume?

I think any LOR would suffice though I have no knowledge about how packets are selected for the MOS.

Afternoon Sir, is there a time frame after submitting an application and the board results? I have limited internet access and I was wondering how would my CoC track my board results if I get selected?

I think I still have my packet. It has my LOR. I think the acquisition website has an example of it as well.
