I'm interested in AGR. As a new CPT will I get to settle into my duty station or will they make me attend SC CCC and pcs immediately?

I've heard people leaving between 1-2 years to PCS to CCC then PCS elsewhere.
Would like to here other Officers experiences with AGR and with HRC.

Great question, and I can see your concern. What is your current status? Active Duty or Reserve Component (Army Reserve or National Guard?) It depends on the situation. The question is, how do you want to manage your career? Do you want to complete CCC right away? It is highly recommended to complete the PME first since there can always be roadblocks (deployment, mission requirements, and so on) if you wait until the last minute. Depending on that status, there are T10 and T32 AGR career fields as well.

Good morning Sir,
I am in the Reserve Component. The plan would be to do my initial 3 year tour then attend CCC. My wife would be attending nursing school during my initial 3 year tour while I'm at my duty station.

Ok. if that is the case, I am sure your reserve unit and HRC is tracking your plan. (family care plan). Also, I assume you do not want to do any distance learning program. Obviously, the resident course is something you can focus on at school versus staying with your family while completing DL courses. I hope everything is working out as you planned. Stay calm about moving (PCS) around with your assignment. The more diversity of experience you have, the better your career field. The good news is that your wife is there with you while you are fulfilling the initial three years and is more flexible to move with you since her career field is needed anywhere you go. Another good news is that once you complete the initial three-year AGR program, you will be on "career" indefinite status.

Most common scenario for 1LTs on their initial AGR tour is to complete the first tour, then attend CCC as TDY enroute to their next PCS assignment. AGRs attend resident CCC for their respective branches.

Usually the announcements for AGR slots require your next PME needs to be complete in order to be selected for AGR.
When I took CCC, there was an AGR CPT in my class, and she had to take CCC AND do her AGR job at the same time, but she was NG. USAR CPT's usually need CCC done, and MAJ's need ILE done.
Basically the program doesn't want to pay you to do PME and they want you in a position to get the next promotion so they can get more milage out of you.
