I’m trying to get back pay from having dependents since 2014. I’ve been in three state guard units would my current unit pay it out?

I enlisted in NC was married and gave that document to my training NCO I soon had a daughter and gave that in as well. In IST’D to VA ,then my son was born, and then volunteered to go on a mission with NJ. Would I have to try to go to each state with orders and a 4187?
