I have submitted a scanned copy of my DD214 as well as a copy of my letter of deployment. This was a month or better ago still have not been verified. Anyone know what is going on?

I have been a "member " of RallyPoint for over a year, I've submitted a scanned copy of my DD214 and still I am not verified. My profile only shows that I am a Veteran in the top 5%. What do I need to do to have this fixed?

You really only need your DD214 but the letter won't hurt anything. Mine took 48 hours. Contact SSG Carlos Madden, he can check out what is (or isn't) going on!

WOOT just to update the Admin got to me and I am now Verified. Thanks go out to SFC Mark Merino And 1LT Laurie Deitemeyer And who ever it was (I can't recall ATM) who suggested I reach out to SFC Merino.
