How can I get help uploading proof of military service?

I have tried 3 times to upload proof of my military service but the email system on this site doesn't seem to work. Never gets past my password for gmail. Any help?

PO1 Guy Lewis, I recommend that you actually use the "Instant Verification" method and go through ID.me. You'll create a profile on ID.me, share that with RallyPoint and be instantly verified (ID.me accesses the records and then verifies your active or veteran status with RallyPoint).
