I have crossed all the T's and dotted all the i's. I just have to lose 60-75 lbs. I need help. I have about 6 months.

I need to lose about 40lbs to get back to my pre-Army body lol Didn't think I'd gain so much weight being a civilian. Good luck!

The FASTEST way to lose way is DIET. A High Protein, MINIMAL Carbohydrate diet (Ketosis) can result in RAPID weight loss in the 3~lb a week (up to 1lb a day) range for several weeks. It starts with several days of water weight & and bodily waste loss, followed by fat burning. If you stick to the diet, you'll see 20-30lbs drop in the first 30 days.

See Atkins Diet as an example.

ALWAYS consult a medical profession when you are looking to lose that much weight, especially that quickly though.

Run, run, and consistency is the key. Include lean muscle building exercises to increase your metabolism.
