I need to obtain a COE. I’m having trouble though. My records are incorrect. I have contacted several offices and my congressman?

Yes, I am referring to theCertificate of Eligibility to obtain a VA loan.
I was in the national guard and the transferred to the usar, when I moved to another city. Someone at The national guard marked me as absent. However filled out iaperwirk transferring to the USAR.
Unbeknownst to me , the time served in the national has not been counted. I need my records changed. Also a good portion of my records have lost. So the transfer is not there nor is the IRR. What should I do

You're going to need to better explain. What is a COE? Perhaps a Certificate Of Eligibility for VA home loan guarantee? Are you a service member or a veteran?
