I participated in the Burn Pit Exposure trial a few years ago (yes, during COVID). How can I obtain the results of the study for PACT Act?

Or did the participation in the study automatically enroll/apply me for the PACT Act benefit?

If you are sleepless and really want to read the research studies (there are many that the VA used when determining presumptive conditions related to the burn pits), you can read which ones are used here*.
As Sgt (Join to see) said, there is no "PACT Act benefit". What the PACT Act did was declare certain conditions as "presumptive" ones. That means that if you have one of the conditions, it is automatically presumed that it was caused directly or indirectly by your military service. You just need to prove that you have that condition (medical diagnosis) and that you were on active duty at the specific location during the specific timeframe (DD-214, orders, etc.)

SFC Christine Howland I cannot address your study, but a study is for information gathering for future decision making. There is no PACT Act benefit unless you have one of the listed illnesses. Below is the VA PACT Act website. If you have an illness that is listed under this act, submit a claim. Contact a VFW or DAV Veteran Service Officer (VSO) to help you with your claim. Good luck.

The PACT Act and your VA benefits | Veterans Affairs
The PACT Act is a new law that expands VA health care and benefits for Veterans exposed to burn pits, Agent Orange, and other toxic substances. The PACT Act adds to the list of health conditions that we assume (or “presume”) are caused by exposure to these substances. This law helps us provide generations of Veterans—and their survivors—with the care and benefits they’ve earned and deserve. This page will help answer your questions about what...
