I re-enlisted as a 35L, Counterintelligence.My contract is 6 years. I have a degree and I’m working towards a masters.Can I drop ocs packet?

Yes you can. I hope you reenlisted for six years because you got a fat bonus out of it. As long as you received the reenlistment bonus before being accepted to a commissioning program, you get to keep all your money and earn a commission.
