You can go onto the ATRRS course catalog and see the dates of WOCS classes. You can be pretty sure your report date will be at least 90 days after notification so you have time to process an rfo.

Anywhere from 60 days to 12 months or more. Expect an email with your WOCS date 1-2 weeks after the board results. Flight school is extremely backed up right now from what I am tracking.
