I recently had my ATRRS slot cancelled. The email I received said Reason for cancellation: CLASS MANUALLY NONCONDUCTED. What does this mean?

That means the course manager went into ATRRS and cancelled that class.
Most common non-COVID reason for this is not enough students reserved by the deadline.

In most cases it probably means the class is being modified. Like shortened or a phase is being eliminated etc.
