I remember coming up pre OEF/OIF there were very limited choices in boots. What's the best boot now among the 100's of selections? I wish I could make a survey for this but there are just too many choices. State your selection and why you think it's the best.

Take a pair of issued boots to the boot shop and ask for the SOPC special. They gut the entire boot and change the sole on them leaving you pretty much with a pair of moccasins that look like a boots. I can walk 15 miles with ruck and not even get a hot spot.
