I served with two men that gave all. To honor them I’m getting a 12B castle with their two names below it tattoo. How should it look?

SPC Joe Meisch, I suggest a scroll or perhaps a flag that incorporates the Engineer Motto of Essayons.
I think your fallen brothers would approve.

There are some good ideas posted here. All I can recommend is that your take your time A and develop a pattern that will honor them and their sacrifice. Perhaps their unit crest with their names and Essayons on it.

Definitely will take my time and appreciate the comments top. I dig the unit crest with the castle thought.

Next to the boots, on the inner part of my arm, I have the initials of the guys that gave their all.

"A Hero remembered never dies." I'm not saying use that in your tattoo, but just to convey the thought. The fact that you are getting ink to remember your fallen brothers is a great way to show respect. Hope you'll post pics on here when you get it done.

When designing a tattoo it all depends on personal preference. I also have 2 buddies who were KIA and I'm doing the same thing.
Some ppl just do a list. Others have dog tags, yet some just go wild. The world of ink has no limits unless it's out of regs

I guess I kinda like the simple list style of names. The castle should be red with black divider lines and gray portals. Any suggestions on castle options as an enlisted vet.

My best advice is research as many pics as you can or if you r any good at drawing you can whip something up. The internet has tons of pics you can download or get ideas from. Here's something I had done last year. Coloring still needs work though
