I signed an enlistment contract but it does not include LRP/SLRP. I ship out in March. Would I be able to renegotiate my contract?

You may be able to. You should have until you ship.

Haul ass to your S1 - they may be able to ammend. The longer you wait, the less your chances are.

Sadly - if it's not in your contract, it didn't happen. And if you already signed it's unlikely you can get a change made now. Not impossible mind you, but I've never seen it happen.
