I've already done my MEPS urinalysis, eye sight test, and blood. Will I have to do it again now that I am going back for a different branch?

I already passed and was cleared to join the military, will I have to do those things again when I go? It has only been a few months since I was cleared

Physicals are good for a year. They will check ht/wt again. At the end of the day just take all commands from the tower. Your recruiter will help you get through.
You should always expect a uryinalysis, the military conducts them annually and randomly, no need for cause. The others are on record and only required annually.
