I've have 14 yrs TIS and I'm wanting to change MOS. For the Career Counselors out there, what's available if anything?

There is so much missing information. You need to take your ERB to your Career Counselor.

I wrote my TIS only cause that seems to be a determining factor in a lot of MOS that I have looked into reclassing like 17C and 51C being my top two picks. I am aware that my Career Counselor is the person to talk to but I don't have access to him as of right now and I've been posting on the NOD IOT get a heads up on what's out there that other SM know about with TIS being my most discriminating determining factor.
