I've been in the Army 2.5 years and Want to deploy. I can't seem to get picked up on Tour of Duty. Any other way besides Tour of Duty? I've heard that I could speak with my branch manager but I don't know who that is or how to find them.

AKO for the National Guard. If you're in the guard and log on to AKO there will be a link on your bottom right.

Also for PFI you can apply for jobs outside your MOS if you are qualified for the job.

You can change your "Volunteer Status" on your HRC profile. You can also talk with your NCOs and ask them to to speak with your BN S3 to see if they are tracking any missions that might need your MOS. Good luck

SPC (Join to see) - Log into your HRC Profile. At the top, you will see a few large circles. Click on the one for Reserve/Retired (Should be the second one from the left). Once your profile comes up, look for an option in the second box down in the middle. You should see a "Volunteer Status." Click that and you should be taken to another page where you can change your status.

I see you are Reserve so I can't say for certain but in the NG if there is a unit that is deploying go do a face-to-face with them. Know what you are getting into.
