I want to enlist for Fort Myers, VA (Old Guard). What should I expect from there in a typical work week?

It's on their website. Just Google "Old Guard." Also you do not have to be infantry to be in the Old Guard. Any MOS can do it as well as male or female.

Are you 11B? Are you tallish? I know those are two requirements. You say you want to enlist but you are already enlisted. Are you looking for a reclass or transfer?

Reenlist sir. I already meet all the requirements GT, Height and all. I am 11B interested for reenlisting for TOG. Just wanted some perspectives on the unit and how its like and the area.

Well hopefully a Tomb Guard will pop up on here and give you the latest. From what I know, it's great deal of practice and training and very strict on duty. Plenty of other duties as well for funeral details, escorts, etc. Fort Myer is tiny. There is certainly plenty of everything in the DC area. I hope you get in. They only want guys that want to be there.
