I want to get a small tattoo on my forearm, right below my elbow (just two small words). Does the Army or CID have any tattoo restrictions?

The way way I look at it, is the tattoo for you or for others. If it is for you, why not put it in a place not visible when you are wearing short sleeves. If it is for others, just don't do anything offensive. Have fun.

Technically no unless it’s offensive but if you’re planning on becoming an officer I’d suggest against it. Look up the regs so you know exactly what it says
