I was DA selected for recruiter but I am trying to become a Warrant Officer. Can I still do it or do I need to wait?

I was DA selected for recruiter but am trying to become a Warrant Officer instead and attempt to go through that process. Is it possible to still do a packet as a DA select or do I need to wait to put one in?

Thank you sir I was able to contact them today and they informed me that getting selected and going to WOCS would indeed cancel out the recruiter requirements.

DA select takes priority. You would need to have been selected for warrant officer prior to your selection. You will need to wait 12 months from your appointment as a recruiter to drop your warrant packet

You can do a packet at any time. HRC will work out the details from there if you are selected.
But if you are already on orders, expect to PCS before you find out the results.
I dropped a packet before PCS to Korea and WOCS orders sent me back to the states before my year was over.

I was able to contact my recruiting office today and that's pretty much what they told me sir. I don't mind doing a little bit of recruiting if it means I can still go to WOCS at some point.
