What can you do to facilitate getting your veteran benefits reinstated after going to jail for more than 60 days and having them reduced?

I went to jail back 2022 and got out in December same year ok if you spend what I believe 60 days continuously your benefits get taken help. But it’s 2024 still ain’t got them back done repaid three times over they still saying send this in and this I’ve done sent that paper 6 times come on now help.
