I will be PCSing to Yongsan in Jan 2018. All the info I have as of now is that it's a TDA assignment. What TDA units are located at Yongsan?

There's a great mall outside of Yongsan Garrison called iPARK Mall and has a great theatre that plays movies in English and has 4DX.

I was stationed there from March 2013 to July 2014 and I loved it. You be in the heart of the capital city of Seoul and it has a great subway system.
