I think we should be replacing any that we can with automated systems. I feel bad that people might get phased out, but progress is important. We don't feel bad that wagon wheel builders got phased out - same deal - just a different generation. Automations is the way to go - it's faster, more efficient, works 24 hours a day, never gets tired, etc, etc, etc....

MAJ Bryan Zeski, Absolutely. One of my grandfathers farmed with draft horses and never drove a motor vehicle. I have never even ridden a horse. Time marches on!

I suppose they'll have to go ahead and get an education after all. And then they can build and service the machines that took their jobs.
