Don't be insecure about who you have relations with. If it's legal, then you shouldn't be concerned about people who don't think like you. Most people could care less. But we damn sure get tired of hearing about it.

When I worked for DOC I worked for a Warden who was "ecclectic" (I'm being kind), he called me on the carpet one day and proceeded to go up one side and down the other for something that had nothing to do with me!! So, I stood there and took it, waited til he was done ranting, and when he finished told him who he should be yelling at- then he apologized. He asked me "You think I'm an asshole, don't you?" My response was "I can work for an asshole-just be an asshole all the time"
The point I'm making is that, by the SM posting it, you know where you stand, good bad or indifferent. That way you know how to react.

SGT David A. 'Cowboy' Groth - I have never been one to bite my tongue for too long- the way I see it, if you are going to throw a his system fit, be prepared to be put in check. JS

GySgt Melissa Gravila - Gunny - a "his system" fit - was that a deliberate choice or was it auto correct? Either way it's hilarious...

"If a person reported to new unit and had seen post from another SM on here such as anti gay or transgender; would it interfere with work?"
A: THEM: Obviously Yes, hence the personal position that SM has for posting anti straight rhetoric.
B: YOU: Thats up to you, if you let it interfere it will, if you don't let it interfere it wont.
