If a SM deploys to Jordan with an AD component unit, will they qualify for SSI FWTS?

Kid in my guard unit is deploying to Jordan, wants to know if he gets a patch.

If a SM deploys to Jordan An AD component unit NOT FOR TRAINING does the SM qualify for an SSI FWTS? Coded as an OCONUSCZ (combat zone)

Oddly, yes
Im in Kuwait where one is not awarded but if we send people to Jordan they do.
