A soldier re-enlisted for airborne school. When they attended, they got injured and were medical dropped, and informed by the cadre that they can return at a later date once they they got better. Soldier is now healed and trained up to re-attend airborne. It has been a year since they attended the school. Does the soldier still have the obligation or option to attend since it is in their contract or does the offer “expire” at some point. Do they have to have a certain amount of time left on their contract?

The schoolhouse should have given instructions on this as part of the separation package. Your best bet it to either talk to the schools /training NCO on your unit or contact the schoolhouse.

I imagine they would at least require some sort of medical clearance exam / certification to attend again

Such schools are very effective for training future soldiers. But you have a large amount of not only physical but also paperwork. When I was studying, I always asked professional writers to write my essay, please. But then I found this website https://papersowl.com/write-my-essay-please Here you can order any college or school homework and specialists will do it online.

This is clearly nothing more than SPAM and even if there was writing in Airborne school it would be an integrity violation. (On a side note the inability to down vote without a prerequisite number of points is a bit silly and is the reason for this comment...)

First, the school house will have needed to annotate in ATRRS that the drop was medical and not for failing standards.
Once that is fixed, the Career Counselor will have to submit a renegotiation for another training seat. The Soldier will still incur a 3 year SRR for an airborne assignment and will attend school in a TDY enroute status to an airborne assignment afterwards.
