If ALL Ribbons/Medals and Certificates were lost in floods, other natural disasters OR just discarded by an EVIL Ex, is there a link on DoD website (that I may have missed) to replace them?

If you have a DS Login, you can try HRC apps to see if your record was transitioned online.

Otherwise, you are starting here:

You are accessing a U.S. Government (USG) Information System (IS) that is provided for USG-authorized use only.

If you have a copy of your DD214, you can order replacements from Marlow White or any other Uniform supply company.

Do you just mean copies of the orders? Or do you mean actual replacement medals/certificates?

Both, all are completely gone. After serving as a PMC from 2007-2014 in Iraq, Afghanistan and Pakistan, two events occurred, flooding 2010 and ex wife discarding items. I took SGM Jeff Mccloud's information given and started that process. Any other information is a help. Much appreciated.
