Maybe part of the 5th amendment as a way to enhance eminent domain takings.

His views on eminent domain seem to be in line with the 2005 Supreme Court decision that allows it as a way to potentially generate tax income/economic growth for a given locality (see Kelo v. City of New London).

To me, eminent domain should never be used for one private entity to take another's property and the only public benefit is tax revenue (while people do benefit from economic growth, it isn't a 'public' benefit). Instead, it should only be used for government ownership & public use (roads, schools, etc.).

MSgt Doug P. I agree. I was thinking 5 and 10. Five for the reasons you mentioned. He will not use Imminent Domain to build roads, but he would certainly use it to build his wall around Mexico. Further I think he would be more than happy to see imminent domain applied to help a private entity make a buck.
10 is all about who has the power. Being the Megalomaniac that he is, I could see him really trying to make any power that is not specifically delegated to the State, Judiciary, or Legislature to himself. If you notice, I didn't mention the people. I could see him trampling the rights of the people to gain power for himself.

The 9th and 10th Amendments were essentially lost years ago and now rarely do States or the People assert them in any real form. All three branches of the federal government have either ignored them or trampled on them for several decades now. That's one reason why I didn't mention it. So Trump would be no different in his actions regarding these Amendment than past Presidents.

Now if he were to do something about the 16th Amendment, that would nice.

None in the immediate future because Trump still has to prove he holds conservative values. I'm my opinion Trump doesn't play well with others he would favor a Totalitarian form of government for us where in the end most if not all of our rights are stripped in order to "Make America Great Again".

I haven't seen any evidence that any part of the Bill of Rights would be in danger of being violated by Trump.
