If I commission in the Guard, after leaving active duty, can I return to Active duty as an officer before my service obligation expires?

I recommend you go to the guard or reserve and enroll in the SMP program through ROTC. you can compete for an Active commission.

I already commission and I would like ti change to active duty am I do it while in BOLC?

I’m not a Guard Officer but from what I understand going from Guard to Active duty as an officer isn’t exactly an easy process. If being an active duty officer is your long term goal I’d recommend pursuing and active commission.
