If I enlist as a 92F, can I reenlist for criminal investigations or biomedical specialist if I have a BS in criminal justice forensics?

So I took the asvab and scored low 34. One of the jobs the recruiter was telling my about was a 92f and right now those jobs wasn't really what I was striving for but oh well. I asked could I retake the asvab he told me I couldn't unless I failed which I didn't. He also said we would take a test in basic ttraining idk. I wanted to know if I sign a contract to he a 92f for 3 years when I reenlist with my bachelor's degree in criminal justice forensics could I go for criminal investigations or biomedical specialist? Or is it a way to advance my career. I'm really a person who will work hard for whatever. Ialso wanted to do military police or prison guard.

If you do join up for that MOS, use tuition assistance and get your core college classes knocked out. If you didn't take the SATs in high school you will be required to take a placement test. If you score low enough on it you may be required to take some remedial math or English classes. Those remedial classes will not count towards your degree. If you can get most of your core classes completed before the end of your first enlistment you may be able to retake the ASVAB before reenlisting. Good luck.

I'm already enrolled in college I graduate next year in June. So I might have to take a placement test because I didn't take my SATs.

If you are already enrolled and taking classes then you won't have to take the placement test. The placement test is only if you are enrolling for the first time and don't have any SAT scores.

Unless the ASVAB has changed drastically, it is not a pass/fail test. The Army has a current and arbitrary lowest acceptable score, but even that is generally waiverable.
Before you enlist, I’d highly recommend you focus your goals. Do you want to be CID, a biomedical specialist or a prison guard? Because that’s all over the spectrum. I would definitely focus what you want to do, and how you figure the Army into the equation.
But if your recruiter told you you had to fail the ASVAB in order to retake it...that doesn’t sound correct, because the ASVAB is not pass/fail. Be clear with him about your goals, but also be clear with him that you can only be honest with him as much as he is with you.
I’m also sure that RP has plenty of former recruiters that no longer have numbers to hit that can better answer your specific recruitment process questions.
Best of luck to you

Well I had some experience from working at the prison so that's where I wanted to start at but I scored low on the asvab. The criminal investigations and biomedical jobs were some jobs I was interested in after obtaining my degree in June.

I wanted decided to join the army because it's something I wanted to do. When I seen the priosn guard job I wanted it and thought the army could definitely be something I learn from. When I graduate I plan on being a forensic investigator. I was just keeping my options open to certain jobs.

A degree in criminal justice forensics will not really help you with being a biomedical specialist
