If I get approved for compassionate reassignment, can I get the army to move our belongings?

Go to AR 614-200 to get an understanding. I use to be a Human Resources in the Army. So just go look at that regulation so that you understand.

Get in the habit of learning those regs. They come in handed. Yes you have Human Resources to help you but get in the habit of knowing for yourself. And not what someone else told you.

A compassionate reassignment is a PCS and comes with all the standard PCS entitlements.
