If I go to a Marine Corps ball as a veteran, do I rate to wear my last rifle badges upon separation and a service stripe for 4 years service?

You may wear anything that is on your DD214. Once a marine, always a marine

The Marine Corps Uniform Regulation, MCO P1020.34G prescribes wear of the Marine Corps uniform by retirees and veterans.

Well I'd say you'd rate it if you were wearing your Dress Blue Bravos. Medals and Rifle badges don't really mix.
