If I lost my promotable status due to an error by S-1, what are my chances of it being reinstated?

So i attended the promotion board at the end of June and in the beginning of July I took a record APFT with the 2.5 mile walk due to a permanent profile. When my S-1 put the new score on my record they failed to factor in the alternate event score causing me to have a failing a score and my P to drop my SRB and PPW. My entire chain of command is tracking and i've been told multiple things ranging from having to go the board again, my 1SG simply having to chat with the CSM, and my CO having to draft a memo to HRC. Has anyone had any experience with this? And what is the likely hood of my P being reinstated in a timely and pain free manner?

My question is about your chain of comedy and your NCO non-support channel. Where is your Squad Leader/Platoon Sergeant? Do they know about it, and if they do, why aren't they standing on the 1SG desk? Your 1SG should be banging on the CSMs door, demanding this get fixed. Someone saw you take that APFT, your permanent profile should be known, and someone failed you by recording the wrong score. Your commander should be monitoring this and getting updates from your NCO support channel. This is a loyalty issue. If they (your chain) want your loyalty, they should be taking care of you instead of letting you flap in the wind.
