If I’m a new recruiter and my NCOER is due. Should I get a non rated code “R” for the first 6 months as a new recruiter?

I got the answer. You are in advance training for the first 6 months when you are assigned as a recruiter. Your NCOER should show a non-rated code “I” for your PCS/move and non-rated code “R” for those six months of advance training as well.
