If I’m National Guard in Ohio and my fiancé is active duty, and we both are in the Army, do we receive BAH?

Im going to move to Fort bragg with him and keep my duty station in Ohio. We are both PV2’s and his unit is 82nd.

After you get married and update DEERS, and your husband updates finance, he will receive BAH with dependents. If you go on orders longer than 30 days, you will receive BAH without dependents.

No because you aren’t legally married. In the eyes of the Army, you’re both still single. Once you are married, he will receive BAH because he now has a dependent (you).
