It doesn't appear to be listed as an authorized bar in Table 8-2 in AR 600-8-22 Military Awards. You need to refer to para 8-47 and table 8-2. if there is a qualification, there should be a memo or a set of orders cut through S1 awarding the badge.

Did you get a DAForm 7677 for the qualification event?

The AT4 is a recoiless rifle. If you actually when through a qualification course not a familiarization course there is a RECOILESS RIFLE clasp.

CW5 Jack Cardwell - M136 (AT4), M141 and M72 qualifications are actually in the same TM. TM3-23.25.

You went to a range for an AT4? What exactly does an AT4 qualification range entail? Sorry, but I'm curious. I have never heard of a qualification range for the AT4 and it is a staple of my MOS.

SGM Steve Wettstein - That is all I ever got and we didn't even fire the real thing. We fired the 9mm simulators and only a small handful were given the opportunity to use the real thing.
