If I received a conditional release, how was I removed from the Army Reserves with an honorable discharge?

SSG Peters, it is because the DD368, application for conditional release has apparently been approved and you are cleared to go active duty. Good luck in your endeavors and it was good to have served with you at the 377th.

A couple of question. Have you been picked up Active Duty or by the National Guard. Did you have time on your current enlistment?
I think I have a least three, one from Regular Army to the National Guard, one from Enlisted to Commissioned, and then the final one. It should not effect your ability to enlist in another unit.

SFC (Join to see) - You may want to check with the recruiter, but I suspect it's just a paper work thing. I had to be discharged from my enlistment contract to accept a commission, it may be the same kind of thing.

SFC (Join to see) make sure your discharge is dated the day before the start date of your active duty order. If it is not, you need to contact HRC and have them amend it.

Probably the AT no show or Unsat processed you out due to lackof 1380s not being updated at the losing unit. Find the conditional release, show when and towhom you submitted it to and remember that in the counseling from thecommander I outlins your responsibilities in this situation. With all that said you can appeal a discharge. God Speed

If all of that was done at your losing unit make sure you contact the HQ that cut your order. Get a copy of your personnel file, contact the unit you were released from, look at the type of discharge, consult a retention NCO and submit an explanation in writing to the HQs in the letter on the discharge order. The 81st RSC had a little run of such errors that were fixed when they received the congressional inquiry. Try to work with the unit first. Maybe about 1/3 of the UAs have an understanding of S-1 Operations and create more issues for the AGRs to solve because they will not admit the don’t know something.
