If my ERB says that I am promoted to E-4, but I haven’t made 2 years and I didn’t get a waiver, am I a legit specialist or was it an error?

I started the army as a PFC on February 2019, my erb says that I got promoted to specialist on September 2020 but I haven’t made 2 years yet and I didn’t get any waivers. Am I a legit specialist or was it an error ?

If your ERB and your LES say you’re an E4, then you were waivered to E4. That transaction could only have happened if it was intended, it’s not automatic.

PFC (Join to see) Ask if chain of command for your 4187 for promotion, say you never got it and show them or LES.
