My DEROS is the 13th of July from Hawaii, but my report date to Colorado is the 20th of August. Am I supposed to take 39 Days of leave in between these two dates?

As stated in the comments, you can either take 30 days leave or report early. If you report early, I recommend you contact your sponsor through ACT on ako and make sure they’re tracking. PCSing from OCONUS can be more challenging than CONUS.. so communication with your losing/gaining unit will be your most powerful tool.

Good luck

Did you ask your leadership before posting here? Just curious.

the effort spent on being condescending could of been spent on answering the soldier’s question.. don’t worry, I got you battle..

WO1 (Join to see) - I wasn't being condescending. I was legitimately asking did he talk to his leadership before going onto a public forum to ask this question. This is something that could have easily been answered by his leadership. I wasn't being condescending or anything else.

Now you could have gone without being condescending...

It won’t let me mention people for sure reason but I was referring to the other SFC.

I believe the soldier got his answer now though so I’ll leave it at that

WO1 (Join to see) - You either hit "reply" or you use @ and type in the person's name and it brings up their name and you can tag that way. I hit "reply" to your comment and it tagged you.

SPC Benik if you have or when you get your orders it will state on there now early you can report. Once you know that you can put in your leave in.
