If my TA reset, does that mean funds are available, or have they not yet been renewed for the new fiscal year?

I noticed that TA reset, however when I went to register it said that funds for the fiscal year have not been allocated yet..It didn't reset last year til Oct 25th, so I figured that since it reset that funds are available..

Do you have a question for the boards? This reads more like a statement, rather than asking for a specific question to be answered.

Just curious if anyone has ran in to that issue, sorry i should have read it more like a question. It reset, but then says funds havent been allocated, however usually it wouldnt reset until funds are allocated so i'm just confused now if they have or have not been renewed for the new fiscal year
