If my wife and I separate or divorce, why can't she still finish school and get an education chapter 35 fee waiver?

Shes attending college of marin why is she not entitled for her service to me my dissability and 100 percent status?

I think it wold be fair to assume it is because she would no longer be your wife. Chapter 35 is "Dependents' Educational Assistant Program". If she's no longer viewed as a dependent in the VA's eyes, they wont pay for her education.

Casey is dead on- you divorce, and she is not longer a "Dependant" , she only qualifies for your insurance/SRB if the conditions are met. She signed no contract tho part of the Army Family, her rights, etc. are curtailed. and his has NO service status.
