I actually have made a resolution to give up fast food. I would like to lose some weight and feel cutting that out would help me a lot towards my goals.

I would take my children and grandchildren on a vacation to Disney Land or Disney World,, make up for the times i was away from them in a physical, mental, emotional time i have spent away from them as we grew older.

If I could magically stick to my New Years resolution, I would choose to be able to stick with a low-carb/keto lifestyle. I believe that if I can do this, I will not only loose weight (very much needed), but drop my A1C (glucose level) to below diabetic levels and keep it there.
Volunteer as a tutor for local kids. Most live below the poverty level and their parents work multiple jobs and can’t help with homework. I’d like to also help with SAT prep.

I would wait the 8-15 months to get a service dog. It would mean that I could start to live with my PTSD and hopefully the nightmares would stop

I would like to learn to play a Ukele and also to speak another language.
Playing the Ukele has always been something I have wanted to do as I have a great love for Uke Music....and as far as learning a new language...learning something new would teach/show my children and my grandchildren that you are never too "old" learn something new. I also think that it will continue to sharpen me cognitively! LOL!
