I'm going to work on saying "no". I tend to agree to any extra task, position, etc. that I'm approached with and I need to start turning some of them down in order to prioritize my time and my needs.

I would resolve to exercise at least 3 times per week at the local YMCA. I seriously need to get more exercise and the cost is very small.

I will get at least 10 people to register to vote. Enough is enough and we need to get out and vote. They are trying to take our rights away from us.

The most important thing to me is to develop a closer relationship with God. Read my Bible more, pray more and understand what direction He wants me to go in. To know it's really Him directing me and TRUST even if it doesn't make sense. I have a burden for helping people more but I don't know which people, where and how.

To know that I could be sure that I could see the resolution through would be to lose weight and exercise more. Took me eight weeks of basic training to lose 150# and after 20 years I have put those pounds back on.

Resolutions are indeed difficult to keep. Over the past years I have made numerous resolutions, which like most people, I have not kept. If I could magically see a resolution through completion, it would definitely be to find some balance in my life, physically and mentally. At this moment, I am really not happy with myself. Shedding some weight off physically, would help me find some renewed confidence, which in turn would help my mental health. Definitely learning that actions speak louder than words. Working in silence will be my master sword.
